Top Gun Staffing Group LLC has partnered with a TPA (third-party administrator) to identify Customer Support Specialists to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and resolving benefit questions, claims processing issues, and delivering world-class customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a thorough understanding of healthcare and / or employee benefit programs.

Responsibilities :

• Handle incoming calls from members and providers for a wide range of healthcare and / or employee benefit programs
• Research specific claims processing issues and identify solutions in a timely fashion
• Document customer interactions in a clear and concise manner
• Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a contact center role, ideally within the healthcare or insurance industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
• Bilingual in Spanish is a HUGE plus!

Hours :

Candidates can be assigned to any shift based on business needs / demands.

• Monday - Friday (37.5-hour work week)
• 8 : 00AM 4 : 00PM
• 8 : 30AM 4 : 30PM
• 9 : 00AM 5 : 00PM
• 9 : 30PM 5 : 30PM
• 10 : 00AM 6 : 00PM

Pay Range :

• Starting pay is $22.00 - $23.00 / hour commensurate with experience.
