Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.

Duties:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Take vital signs and record patient information
- Perform phlebotomy and collect specimens for testing
- Assist in medical procedures and treatments as directed
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
- Document patient interactions in medical records

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to lift and move patients with care and compassion
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols
- Experience in patient service, nursing home, or urgent care settings is a plus
- Proficiency in dementia care and medical-surgical practices
- Ability to phlebotomize is desirable
