TOP Early Learning Centers is Hiring an Assessment Coordinator Near Wichita, KS

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Assessment Coordinator to join our team at TOP North 2330 N. Opportunity Drive.. The Assessment Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and overseeing assessment activities, coordinating with various staff and teachers to ensure assessments are conducted accurately and efficiently. This role will require strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assessment projects simultaneously.
**Qualifications:**
  • AA, AS, AAS in child development, early childhoor or related field with 12 ECE hours with one year teaching experience (preferred).
  • CDA or 9 hours of college credit in early childhood required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
**Responsibilities:**
  • Coordinate assessment activities across various departments.
  • Develop and implement assessment schedules and timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure assessments are aligned with objectives.
  • Collect and analyze assessment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing assessment findings.
  • Stay current on assessment best practices and trends in the field.
  • Assist in training staff on assessment procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessment results.

**Additional Requirements**

  • KBI Clearance for teaching
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs in order to perform job duties.
  • Good health as confirmed by recent physical/health assessment with TB testing required.
  • Collect and analyze assessment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Must be able to ambulate independently without assistance of crutches or walker.
