Salaried Position pay - 40,000 plus, based on experience

We are currently accepting resumes for a Field Supervisor

We’re looking for someone for our Fenton location
Qualified candidates must be over 21, have a clean driving record with a Class E license or higher. Must have experience in landscape installation/maintenance.

Track record of high efficiency.
The ability to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers is a must.
Candidate must be highly motivated and able to demonstrate both leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Hands On, Install, Mentoring/Training, Scheduling, Data entry, Quality assurance and review, Coordination of labor/equipment, Effective communication between production and sales staff, ensuring adherence to government and company rules and regulations,
Participation in 'Safety Meetings', and exceeding efficiency goals while providing a quality product to our clientele.
