Tootsies is currently seeking a full time Front Desk/Cashier associate. In this role, an individual will greet customers and provide assistance by responding to routine questions, providing general information, and assisting customers with merchandise checkout/returns, alterations, special orders, etc. Additional responsibilities include managing opening and closing procedures, providing clientele and administrative support, and answering or directing stores main phone lines. The successful candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and special events. A professional attitude, appearance, and dress are required.

Qualifications:

• Retail store experience required
• Sense of urgency, self-starter and motivated attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
• Strong communication and verbal skills
• Basic computer skills

Education:

High School education or equivalent.
