We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to work closely with our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in our organization's day-to-day operations by greeting visitors, answering phones and handling general office correspondence. The Front Desk Receptionist will also support other team members by answering questions, troubleshooting and distributing documents.
SKILLS REQUIRED: Organized Excellent customer service Dependable Respectful Punctual
Job duties include:
Open and close the office according to office protocol
Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism
Review the schedule and inform the team to help fill open slots
Confirm next day appointments
Verify patients for eligibility before patient comes in, completing worksheets, using phone scripts for answering phones
Update patient information: address, phone number, health history, emergency contact, insurance etc.
Ensures that every health history has a parent or guardian signature and scanned in patient chart
Confirming insurance regarding patient eligibility
Make sure that a list is printed for patient due for cleaning and or treatment.
Keep work area neat and clean
Monitor lobby
Keep lobby, bathroom and kitchen clean
Ensure that doctor schedules are filled to meet production goal Make follow up appointments for procedures that were not completed same day
Make sure all patients have current consent forms that are filled out properly and scanned in to patient chart
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $222.00 per hour
