We start employees at 11.00 per hour with frequent raises based on sales and customer satisfaction. Sales experience may raise hourly offer. You can grow with us, as we expand to more stores, and help us with our mission statement to destroy big tobacco. We promote from within, so if you need a start in sales, but want to lead a team, manage a store, or manage a region, we would love to hear from you. Its hard work. Sign flipping, social media campaigns, whatever it takes to get current cigarette smokers in the door and off the cigs.
