Here, we craft all our offerings from scratch daily, providing training and employment opportunities for individuals with intellectual / developmental disabilities, those experiencing mental health challenges, and persons facing homelessness.

Job Summary
As an Employment Development Specialist / Barista, you will play a dual role in our cafe and bakery. This position is not just about serving great food and coffee but also about imparting valuable job skills and ensuring the successful integration and retention of our trainees.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support : Train and mentor clients with disabilities, ensuring they achieve the highest degree of independence in their job roles.
Address issues impacting job readiness and performance, such as transportation and personal hygiene. Educate clients on their rights and self-advocacy.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to staff training and development.
Qualifications
