In order to support our growing community of Czech speakers users, we are looking for an exceptional Customer Experience Specialist to join the superstar Global Customer Experience team at Too Good To Go.
Your mission:
Reporting directly to the CX Team Lead, you will be the face to our users and partners and turn them into ambassadors by providing efficient and friendly customer care. You’ll inspire and empower them to take action against food waste and to become part of the movement.
This position requires availability from Monday to Friday , from 09:00 h to 18:00 h This position also requires working from the office 3 times per week.
