Responsibilities:
- Manage the used car department and oversee all operations related to buying, selling, and trading used vehicles.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to market used cars and attract potential buyers.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide them with information about available used cars.
- Evaluate trade-in vehicles and determine their value based on market conditions and dealership guidelines.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process, including negotiating deals, upselling additional products or services, and closing sales.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline by actively seeking out new leads and following up with potential customers.
- Provide sales support to the team by assisting with customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or dealership management is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Proficient in math calculations for pricing negotiations and financial calculations.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the used car market trends and pricing strategies.
- Familiarity with dealership operations and processes.
