Tony Collision Center is Hiring an Auto Body Estimator Near Waipahu, HI
Tony Hawaii Automotive Group is a family-owned company with over 40 years of serving the people of Hawaii. We are looking for an Auto Body Estimator to join our team.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Appraise vehicle damage to determine repair costs for customer and insurance companies
- Inspect damaged vechicle thoroughly to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical, electrical, or interior damage
- Prepare honest, accurate and complete damage estimates
- Must be able to build working relationships with customers, insurance companies and technicians
- Monitor repair orders and track costs, labor and materials
- Frequent written and verbal communication
- Ensure that all work meets quality standards
- Ability to use phone system and applicable software
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior body shop estimating experience (at least 2 years; prefer 5)
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and follow up skills
- Valid Driver’s license with clean driving abstract
- ASE and/or I-car certification (preferred)
