Tony Collision Center is Hiring an Auto Body Estimator Near Waipahu, HI

Tony Hawaii Automotive Group is a family-owned company with over 40 years of serving the people of Hawaii. We are looking for an Auto Body Estimator to join our team.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Appraise vehicle damage to determine repair costs for customer and insurance companies
  • Inspect damaged vechicle thoroughly to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical, electrical, or interior damage
  • Prepare honest, accurate and complete damage estimates
  • Must be able to build working relationships with customers, insurance companies and technicians
  • Monitor repair orders and track costs, labor and materials
  • Frequent written and verbal communication
  • Ensure that all work meets quality standards
  • Ability to use phone system and applicable software

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior body shop estimating experience (at least 2 years; prefer 5)
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and follow up skills
  • Valid Driver’s license with clean driving abstract
  • ASE and/or I-car certification (preferred)
