The Express Service Advisor will play an important role for our Service Team because they will be the main point of contact for our guests and clientele. Whether it be upselling services or just giving updates on repairs and servicing, your customer service is going to make a big difference. The ideal candidate would be a former Express Service Advisor with great relationship-building skills.

Express Service Advisor Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.
• Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request.
• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
• Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.

Express Service Advisor Qualifications

• 1-3 years of strong Customer Service experience. Previous Automotive experience a plus, but not required!
• A desire to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention-to-detail

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
