Server Job Description

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a prompt and courteous manner
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with food preparation and basic math skills is a plus
- Strong guest service skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
