What We’re Hiring For:

Very personable, motivated, and dedicated servers with at least one year of restaurant serving experience. Candidates must have a strong sense of urgency, be good at multitasking, have solid communication skills, thrive in a team environment, be able to keep calm under pressure, be reliable, and be respectful with everyone they work with.

Job Requirements :

• At least one year of restaurant serving experience
• Must be 18 years or older due to alcohol service
• Be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Must be available during the evenings and weekends
• Be amenable and receptive to learning despite your experience level
• Capable of handling physical labor such as lifting heavy objects, bending, stooping, and the continuous use of stairs
• Possess very strong interpersonal skills
• Must be hospitable, patient, and thoughtful to both guests and coworkers
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
• Must be able to communicate effectively with strong dictation and clarity
• Must maintain a warm, friendly, and positive demeanor for every guest
• Must have good to excellent time management skills
