Overview:
We are seeking a Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair services and customer satisfaction with significant experience with diesel and truck repair.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document issues
- Transmit customer requests to the service technicians promptly and efficiently
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs, including upselling additional services as needed
- Coordinate with the auto service management team to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments for services such as oil changes and brake repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a dealership or auto/diesel service center is preferred
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell services effectively
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, oil changes, and brake repairs
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Mechanical knowledge to understand and communicate technical information effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
