Tommy’s Tavern Tap is in search of a dynamic, experienced Bartending professional who understands house operations and implements policies that provide a positive, productive environment for staff as well as delivering exceptional customer service. Leading the Bar Staff by example, the Bar Manager is expected to provide an outstanding guest drinking and dining experience and is required to have a full knowledge of Tommy’s Tavern Tap menu.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
2-4 years heavy volume restaurant bartending experience.
Ability to train, guide and lead staff.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Demonstrates leadership skills, team oriented.
Good organizational and time management skills.
21 years of age with valid drivers license and with reliable transportation.
