We are currently on the lookout for Fence Laborers to join our dynamic team. Prior experience in fence installation is preferred, but not mandatory, as we offer training for the right candidates. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong work ethic, a dedication to outstanding customer service, and a desire to be part of a team that prides itself on hard work and commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of various types of fences, gates, and railings
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment necessary for projects
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on all job sites
• Follow directions from Foreman/Crew Leaders to ensure quality installations
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and industry knowledge

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Strong work ethic and physical ability to perform manual labor
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Ability to work well within a team
• Eager to learn and grow within the company
