Summary of responsibilities:

• Provide quick and friendly customer service to our guests within the car wash
• Exceed Guest expectations
• Learn and operate all aspects of POS and LPR systems
• Oversee all property aesthetics
• Create and retain new customer relations, including monthly wash packages
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash and grounds
• Monitor the wash quality of the vehicle
• Learn and uphold the WE OWN IT culture

Work Environment: 

This job operates in a professional retail environment. Car wash operating hours are Monday through Sunday from 7:00am - 9:00pm. This role routinelyoperates in all areas of the car wash facility, including both indoor and outdoor work.
