Tomlinson Sotheby's International Realty is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Coeur d'Alene, ID

We are currently looking for a full-time, front office specialist. We kindly refer to our administrative team as ASE's, Agent Service Experts.

The best applicant for this position would be someone who enjoys working in a team environment. Data input is one of the main components of the job, while answering phones, greeting clients and helping the agents is also a very important part of daily functions.

Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

- Efficiently handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or team member.

- Assist agents by inputting and managing data with precision and attention to detail.

- Utilize excellent computer skills to navigate various software programs and maintain accurate records.

- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

The starting pay is $17.00-$17.50

Full time is anything over 30 hours and the benefit package would include:

Health insurance (Employee company participation)

Vision and dental insurance (100% employee participation, elective)

PTO 2 weeks a year 16 hours personal PTO

Job hours: Tues - Saturday. If you prefer less hours, we could be flexible, however Thursday, Friday and Saturday are mandatory.

Hours 8:30 - 5:00 with ½ hour unpaid lunch. You are welcome to take an hour lunch if needed, but it would be unpaid.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
