Sixt Rent A Car , located at the Cincinnati Airport, is looking for Customer Service Agents to join our team!
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations.
- Checking the customer in and ensuring they have no issues / were satisfied, checking car for damage, documenting gas and mileage
- Lot organization and occasionally assist with cleaning cars.
- Assist customers with returns, future reservations, and any requirements or concerns they may have.
- Perform other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Professional with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Maintains a high level of customer service, always being positive and outgoing.
- Team-oriented, flexible, and willing to learn.
- Has Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Full-time
Pay : $17 / hour
Schedules available :
- Monday - Thursday 10a - 6p
- Monday - Thursday 11 a - 7p
- Monday - Thursday 12p - 8p
- Sundays - all shifts
- Thursday - 3p-11p
