Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, and prepare various cuts of meat according to customer specifications
- Use knives and other cutting tools to portion and package meat products
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their meat selection and answering any questions they may have

Experience:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of meat cutting techniques and practices
- Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations
- Strong knife skills and the ability to work with precision
- Understanding of different cuts of meat and their uses in culinary applications
