Immediately hiring a Parts Department Associate at BMW of Reading in Reading, PA! The Parts Associate will be learning the in's and out's of everything that is done in the Parts Department of a BMW dealership. D*ay to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following*

• Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner
• Coordinates with Technicians and others to ensure that parts requests are met
• Stocks incoming products and tracks inventory
• Assist other team members with keeping the facility organized and clean

Skills necessary to be successful in this role include the following;

• Valid driver's license with good driving history
• Ability to interact with co-workers and customers in a professional manner
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure and adapt to change
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• Automotive knowledge will be a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30AM until 5PM as well as working on a Saturday rotation from 7:30AM until Noon.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
