Our only goal is to help our agents sell more houses, by providing the highest quality leads, the best in industry training and continued support from our back office to keep you focused on what is important.

Our mission is to provide our agents with 10-15 tangible showing opportunities every month - private high converting buyer and seller leads that have already expressed interest in purchasing a home. With our compensation plan, our agents can expect to make $100k on an annual basis, and we provide the training and support necessary to make it happen.

At Tom Daves Real Estate Team, we foster a winning culture, where agents are focused on one thing only - selling a lot of real estate. Our tech stack includes a CRM, transaction management back-end system, metric and KPI tracking, and a full-suite marketing department, and the besting in-class coaching all designed to make the job as easy as possible.

We have numerous channel partner relationships, including Zillow, Realtor.com, Opendoor, OpCity, and even private high-converting buyer and seller leads, generated in-house, that other brokerages simply can't match. Our agents have opened 2-3 escrows a month within their first 60 days of joining our team, and we convert hundreds of transactions annually from online lead sources. In addition, we offer PERSONAL COACHING from the best in the industry.

We take agent accountability seriously and provide in-house training five times a week, support from other agents, opportunities from eight different lead sources, and a business plan with clear actions to take to ensure closings.
