What we are seeking

Tollie Insurance Services, a small, boutique agency, is adding a licensed Account Manager / Customer Service Representative to service accounts with a niche focus in the transportation and non-profit industries. You will provide our clients peace of mind knowing you have them covered and work diligently to understand and serve customers to meet their insurance needs.

Job Functions

• Communicate with insurance carrier underwriters and general agencies.
• Respond to commercial client calls/emails regarding policy questions, changes and requests.
• Identify, compile and manage information for new business and account renewals.
• Perform daily tasks including applications, endorsements, COI's, MVR's and customer invoicing.
• Assist commercial clients with policy and coverage questions, changes and endorsements.
• Multi-task and compile information for new business opportunities and account renewals.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma (Or Equivalent)
• License: Property & Casualty (ANY)

Preferred Skills

• License: Property & Casualty (KS, MO)
