Duties:

• Customer Service / Sales
• Greet customers, ask questions and determine needs
• Look to provide a complete solution
• Operate technology based Point of Sale system to complete sales transactions
• In bound phone sales / service
• Install large and small batteries in various devices/vehicles
• Disassemble / reassemble phones and tablets to complete repairs
• Function as a team player
• Merchandising / Inventory
• Inventory stock maintenance and management
• Ship and or deliver to commercial accounts (if applicable)
• Maintain clean and full store appearance
• Build displays; to better market seasonal products
• Prepare store for daily opening and closing

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work 24- 40 hour work week that includes weekend availability
• Good listening and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines
• Ability to calculate simple math and percentages
• Strong eyesight (with or without corrective lenses) and technical aptitude required for various types of repair work we offer
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required to use company vehicle
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. to eye level
