KITCHEN LEAD

A kitchen lead is responsible for leading the Back of House Operations, on shift, in the restaurant. We are looking for people with a passion for the kitchen including;

food preparation, presentation, and operations. You should be dependable and hard-working for this position. If you can bring positive vibes, knife skills, and attention to detail then this is the job for you.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the kitchen in food preparation and production with attention to quality and presentation
• Ability to lead all kitchen positions proficiently, following all Tokyo Joe’s standards and procedures
• Creates and follows through on the completion of the kitchen prep list
• Leader in food safety, sanitation, kitchen cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
• Proficient Knife handling skills
• Open and close the restaurant by executing high standards
• Receiving and verifying food deliveries ensuring FIFO organization
• Crisis management and ability to react quickly to change
