Responsibilities

• Develop cutting-edge semiconductor measurement equipment, with a specific focus on lithography and optics.
• Ensure equipment meets industry standards and remains at the forefront of technological advancements.
• Manage the supply chain to ensure seamless operations.
• Be deeply involved in the entire development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to testing and implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and optimize the performance of semiconductor measurement tools.
• Communicate with Korean customers to understand potential technology requirements.
• Background education in physics, electrical engineering or Computer science.
• Actively engage with customers to gather insights, assess needs, and align developed equipment with their specific requirements and expectations.
• Coordinate application development efforts, working closely with internal teams to customize and fine-tune the equipment according to customer demands.
• Oversee the delivery of technology solutions to customers, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary support and guidance during the implementation phase

Typical Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience; or Master's Degree without experience; or Associate's Degree with 6 years of related experience; or 10 years of experience in lieu of degree. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Demands and Work Conditions
The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 35 pounds. This position also requires 4 to 6 hours per day at a computer screen/keyboard.

Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and/or training. In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees ) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.
