Role Overview:
As a Togo’s Restaurant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our restaurant. From hiring and training a motivated crew to ensuring top-notch food quality and exceptional guest experiences, your skills will be the driving force behind our continued excellence.
Responsibilities:
People Management:
· Conduct interviews and select top-notch crew members.
· Enforce TOGO’s policies on uniforms and attendance.
· Craft and manage employee schedules, track hours, and handle payroll.
· Provide comprehensive training and coaching to create a positive work environment.
Guest Experience:
· Oversee daily operations to guarantee a seamless experience for our valued guests.
· Uphold Togo’s high standards for food safety and quality.
· Address guest comments and complaints proactively, ensuring a positive dining experience.
· Foster a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Financial Management:
· Manage food supply orders and maintain inventory.
· Handle cash drawers and adhere to strict cash control policies.
· Safeguard funds, prepare deposits, and manage banking transactions.
· Monitor and adjust food and labor expenses to meet targets.
Qualifications:
· We are seeking Restaurant Managers with:
· Previous experience as a manager or supervisor.
· A proven track record in the restaurant industry.
· Managerial training in food safety.
· Exceptional organizational skills to maintain an efficient and well-organized restaurant.
