Together Wee Grow is dedicated to providing exceptional overnight care to families and their newborns. Our team of caring professionals ensures that parents can rest easy, knowing that their little ones are in capable and nurturing hands. We are currently expanding our team and seeking a qualified and compassionate individual to join us.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse or Postpartum Doula to join our wonderful team of Overnight Newborn Care Specialists. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary training and experience in the childbirth industry and/or postpartum care with infants. This position requires a loving, kind, and compassionate individual who is dedicated to providing excellent care to newborns and supporting families during the crucial postpartum period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overnight care to newborns, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and ensuring a safe sleep environment.
• Offer guidance and support to parents on infant care, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery.
• Conduct infant/child CPR as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless and consistent care.
• Maintain detailed records of infant care activities.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Certified Postpartum Doula with proper training and certifications.
• Infant/Child CPR certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in caring for newborns.
• Experience with caring for families with multiples is preferred.
• Compassionate, nurturing, and empathetic nature.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a background check.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Night shift
