The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a desire to learn about destinations around the world and a passion for creating unforgettable travel experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to online inquiries, emails, and phone calls from potential clients.

2. Understand client's travel preferences and requirements to offer suitable vacation options and packages.

3. Research, plan, and propose tailored vacation itineraries based on clients' interests, budget, and duration of travel.

4. Guide clients in booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services through various online platforms.

5. Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destination information, and industry news to provide accurate and timely advice.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.

7. Handle any changes or cancellations in travel plans, ensuring effective communication with clients and trip providers.

8. Collaborate with partners, including hotels, airlines, and tour operators, to negotiate competitive rates and secure exclusive deals.

9. Collect and process payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to host agency policies and procedures.

10. Stay informed about the latest online booking tools, websites, and technologies to maximize efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
