Todd Nitsche Agency - Country Financial is Hiring an Insurance Sales Agent Near Liberty, MO

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, analyzing insurance needs, and selling insurance policies to clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for sales. We are open to part-time or full-time candidates. This position is base commission.

Responsibilities:

- Market and sell various insurance products to potential clients

- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns

- Negotiate insurance terms and premiums on behalf of clients

- Process insurance policy applications and documentation accurately

- Maintain knowledge of insurance products, services, and industry trends

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality

Requirements:

- Property Casualty License required

- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field

- Strong sales administration skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage

- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for outside sales activities
