Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of heavy equipment, including graders, bulldozers, horizontal drilling machines, pavers, tankers, backhoes, loaders, and water trucks.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to accomplish project goals.
- Adhere to project specifications and requirements.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as graders, bulldozers, horizontal drilling machines, pavers, tankers, backhoes, loaders, and water trucks.
- Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of equipment operation techniques and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of work in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
