RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Perform basic building repairs as assigned, with co-worker or independently.
- Troubleshoot equipment errors.
- Perform basic mechanical repairs : belt & filter replacement, clean coils.
- Repair leaky faucets and valves; open clogged drains.
- Provide routine and preventative maintenance.
- Strong Attention to Detail
