We’re looking to hire a keyholder to join our team at Toad&Co in Freeport. This person will be a key member of our retail sales team. This is a full time position and you must be available to work most weekend days. There is potential for health and dental benefits.

The right person is comfortable jumping right in, is experienced in spotting what needs to be done and can multi-task. This role is for someone with excellent customer service skills who can lead our sales team by example. Retail experience, hopefully in the clothing and/or outdoor industry, is important, but not a requirement.

We like solution-oriented people who are ready to spend the day on their feet, making things happen. The right person is comfortable being "in charge" when other leadership is not available and can take general guidelines and turn them into action. We’re looking to bring someone into our team who is willing to listen, has excellent communication skills, and works well in a group setting. Responsibilities: Lead and motivate sales staff when other store leadership is absent Accountable to meeting/exceeding daily sales goals Maintain positive and open communication with others on the Store Leadership Team Be a role model for friendly and brand-oriented sales Participate in store events Prioritize and delegate daily tasks, including end of day responsibilities Assist in communicating company and store policies and guidelines Store opening, Store closing, Securing the store Following loss prevention guidelines and train staff

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
