Purpose of Position: This position provides customer service to the technicians or customer while ensuring inventory is properly accounted for.

Supervises: N/A

Essential Job Functions:

· Receive Parts requests from Back Counter Parts Sales or other appropriate personnel.

· Verify requests availability, pull parts from warehouse and inventory, and deliver parts to technician or other customer.

· Place requested parts in designated location and ensure knowledge of parts received.

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required Skills/ Abilities:

· Verbal and written communication to include simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

· Detailed orientated – verbal, written, and observational.

· Knowledge of Company Standards, Warranty procedures, and vehicle policies.

· Complete daily tasks without constant supervision.

· Dependable and reliable in attendance and achievement of job tasks.

Preferred Education:

· High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Experience:

· Prior Warehouse experience is helpful, but not required.

Other Preferred Qualifications:

· Basic computer usage and navigation knowledge.
