TNTX LLC, is seeking an Information Technology Assistant in our Grapevine TX location.

The Information Technology Assistant, along with 9 existing team members, will assist in supporting 27 Lonestar Truck Group / TAG Truck Center branded commercial truck dealerships, and 2 leasing company locations, providing support to more than 1,300 employees via a help desk ticketing system and remote access. The Information Technology Assistant will support branch personnel in completing tasks including creating/managing user accounts in various platforms (Active Directory, Email, VoIP systems, and OEM systems), configure and deploy computers for new hires as well as assisting in reconfiguration and desk moves. All support requests will be tracked in the help desk tracking system. This position will interact with end-users, management, and the IT team.

• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends on call, and up to 25% travel. This position will support a 24/7 business operation.
• Ability to adapt to and/or learn new technologies quickly.

Education:

High School Diploma or 3-5 years’ experience in Information Technology.

Work Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with current information technologies. Previous experience in a truck dealership environment is highly desired.
