TNTX, LLC is Hiring a Customer Solutions Specialist Near Lubbock, TX

Job Description

The C&W Customer Solutions Specialist is to provide complete oversight of C&W Assets & Service Operations. This position requires the upmost interpersonal skills, communication, and ability to manage assets and customers through tools and technology.

Job Responsibilities

· Management and Oversee C&W Assets & Customers.

· Communicate & Schedule Services with Customers.

· Plan and Prepare for Seasonal Demand and Business Needs.

· Attend Company Business Meeting and Report Out Department Performance & Engage with other departments.

· Support Multiple Locations and Full-Service Lease Customers.

· Create & Close Rental Contracts & Service RO’s.

· Prepare End of Month Billing

· Utilize drivers to move equipment across locations.

Qualifications:

· At Least 3 Years of Customer Service Experience Required.

· Strong Written/oral communication and organizational skills required

· Valid Drivers License. – CDL Preferred

· Regular, Predictable, Full Attendance is essential for the job.

· 15% Travel Requirements.
