Description

The Material Handler (Warehouse Associate) is an integral member of the Operations

Team, identifying, sorting, moving, and handling materials. The Material Handler will

distribute materials and parts throughout the production areas and kit weldments for

efficient welding operations. The Material Handler is responsible for organizing,

maintaining, and coordinating shop inventory with Purchasing.

Full Time - Weekdays

Essential Functions:

• Demonstrates dependability with reliable attendance: minimize absences and is punctual
• Maintains current certification for forklift operation per OSHA standards.
• Has the ability to operate vehicles, mechanized devices, or equipment.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and work instructions; identifying information by categorizing estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.
• Has the ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms, legs and moving your whole body.
• Has the ability to use hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials and manipulating things.

Requirements

Previous warehouse experience preferred.
