Small construction company looking for experienced carpenters/craftsmen. I have several crews that work as subcontractors and I am open to this as well, if you are properly licensed and insured. My main goal is to find someone with experience working in high-end residential and responsible enough to lead a crew when the time comes. In addition to the lead position, I am also looking for prospects to fill carpenter and helper spots who have no desire to work in a manager's position in the future. You will be expected to fulfill the project needs as a lead carpenter, to become the lead supervisor after building a team beside you. I am a boots-on-the-ground owner with over 30 years of experience in the trade. We have a lot of work on the horizon and we intend to stay very busy. I am open to different scheduling options and pay is based on experience and the position filled. I will pay top dollar for the right person who is looking to grow with the company.
