• TNT Fireworks of Easton Pennsylvania is a retail store that sells consumer legal fireworks to the general public.
• This store is open year round; a year round P/T position (10 hours per week minimum, with opportunities for more as needed) is available for immediate employment.
• Must be available nights, weekends and holidays, also must have flexibility in scheduling.
• Very competitive pay (based on experience) starting at $16 per hour.
• Opens and closes store (carries keys to the operation). Works alone most of the days.
• Serves customers by selling consumer legal fireworks & supervising staff. NO previous knowledge of fireworks is necessary. We provide comprehensive training to include product knowledge, policies & procedures, safety training, pricing, merchandising, marketing and customer relationship.

Duties:

• Receiving & stocking merchandise, selling customers fireworks by explaining effects, entering their purchases in point of sale and collecting money.
• Establishing rapport with potential and actual customers. Collects customer name and address information from every customer.
• Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Loading trucks and using pallet jacks and lifting up to 60 to 80 pounds
• Cash handling and cash register experience

Skills/Qualifications:

Out-going Personality, Customer Focused, Product Knowledge (we train you), Customer Relationships, Verbal Communication, Computer basics.

Background checks as well as drug test are required for the position.

Must be 21 years old.

Must have reliable transportation
