Position: Account Manager

True North Outdoor is looking to add an account manager to our robust team!

Position Description:
The Account Manager is the main sales and client experience creator for the service lines they serve in. This person will be the main decision maker and retention creator for all of the activity within the book of business they are assigned to. Our Account Managers work directly with a production manager and stable of field ops and other account manager professionals.

Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Client Retention activity within the KC Metro.
- Developing new client relationships and generating upsell revenues
- Advising production team of scheduled production needs and goals.
- Customer service performance with clientele within the business unit.
- Tracking of all sales and work completed to be prepped for billing.
- Special projects assigned by executive team to assist entire company.

Primary Objectives:
Each Account Manager is responsible for retaining accounts, generating new seasonal landscape business, renewals and up selling of additional work to clientele base. Each Manager is responsible for reporting activity to executive team on a weekly basis. Activity includes production, sales and account retention measures. Our managers are responsible to the team they work with to provide daily direction of overall production responsibilities and details of the work the team should be performing for the day.

Job Skills Needed:
- Demonstrated ability of Computer skills
- General knowledge of Google Earth
- Excellent skills in email correspondence as well as face to face communication
- General knowledge of CRM and its usability.
- Proficient in Turf/Landscape plant material identification
- Problem Solving Skills
- Basic snow removal experience

Physical Requirements:
A Business Unit Leader will be required to work long hours during a snow storm, this may occur over the weekend or over holidays. Landscape work may also occur on weekends or over holidays. Our Managers are sometimes exposed to cold and hot climates and will work in many environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
