TnDA Technologies is Hiring a Sr. Organizational Readiness Analyst Near Arlington, VA

Position Description: This is a hybrid position providing primarily remote support to a DoD customer located at the Pentagon and MCB Quantico. The candidate will provide organizational change management, policy development and communication strategies to support the customer’s transition to a new Data Classification standard for records information management (RIM). This will consist of change management planning, identification, analysis, strategic communication responses, monitoring, and control for assigned projects including supporting tools such as program plans, scrum boards, data analytics and training software. The job will entail development and execution of detailed course of actions (CoAs) with tasks, objectives, and milestones to achieve desired strategic outcomes, delivering operational improvement. The candidate will identify, along with the government lead, strengths, and weaknesses of CoAs and best practices to move the organization forward.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide records information management (RIM) and program analyst support to implement organizational processes/procedures, record information systems and record reporting requirements. 
  • Provide support to Program Manager and government customer on change management initiatives that enables desired changes in business strategy with minimal disruption to business processes.
  • Apply a structured methodology to the organization’s transition to data classifications for electronic records management (ERM). 
  • Develop, execute, and maintain, in coordination with Program Manager, foundational change management plans containing actionable deliverables outlining the methodology, change impact analysis, risk summary, resistance management plan, stakeholder engagement strategy, communications plan and training plans.
  • Identify and document each change management strategy and approach; design, develop and produce required materials supporting customer participation in outreach and communication activities; evaluate the effectiveness of efforts. 
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs utilizing training software, desk-side support, virtually and by phone. 
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials, user guides, and FAQs to support the needs of our technical staff who will need to make changes to implementation; brief and conduct training when required.
  • Execute creation of organizational message for data classification and electronic records management information and governance. 
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to determine needs, business patterns and trends. 
  • Create, coordinate, and deliver communications including presentations, program briefs, newsletters, website, email, information sessions, and focus groups. 
  • Consult, and support contract Program Manager, project teams, senior government leaders, and stakeholders through transitional strategies.
  • Build relationships and effectively work with other RIM offices in other service branches (Navy, Army, Air Force, Coast Guard, etc.)
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders and maintain a working knowledge of existing business processes to understand the impact of changes and contribute to transition planning.
  • Assess the organization’s change impact using appropriate tools and assessments.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
  • Administer post-implementation surveys, power business intelligence (Power BI) and monitoring to collect data, perform analyses and measure the results of changes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Must be a U.S. citizen. 
  • Minimum 5 years of knowledge and experience with information management and Federal government/military records. 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with organizational change management/large scale organizational change efforts, policy design and development, analysis and implementing process improvement strategies. 
  • Strong organization, problem-solving and root-cause identification skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively as a team, collaborate, demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, and offer guidance and recommendations for organizational improvements.
  • Ability to conduct critical analysis of requests, propose creative and strategic solutions, and provide alternative recommendations when requests may be impractical, focusing on scalable and sustainable outcomes. 
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization and communicate organizational/program changes effectively to a varied audience.
  • Working knowledge of changing Federal, DON and USMC policies, standards and regulations for lifecycle records management, retention schedules, RM training standards and program requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Apps (Word, Excel, Outlook), Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. 
  • Exceptional oral/written communication, teamwork, and presentation skills. 
  • Demonstrated interest in the use of emergent technologies, tools, processes, and professional development.
  • Ability to travel when required. 

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) Certification
  • Information Governance Professional (IGP) Certification
  • Business Process Management Certification (CBPA, CBPP, CBPL)
  • Lean Sigma Six Certification

Working Environment: 

  • Primarily remote (95%) with some on-site support, working alongside civilians, military, and industry professionals.
