Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shop Foreman to join our team. As the Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our automotive repair shop while still repairing vehicles. Your role will involve supervising technicians, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of automotive technicians and mechanics
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to ensure efficient workflow
- Inspect vehicles and diagnose complex mechanical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts inventory, and labor hours
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate estimates for repairs
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new automotive technologies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shop Foreman or similar role in an automotive repair shop
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures and techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Skills:
- Proficient in maintaining and repairing vehicles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of auto body repair techniques is a plus
- Sales experience is beneficial for providing accurate estimates to customers
- Familiarity with diesel engine repair is an advantage
