The Rail Manager is responsible for the overall management of internal rail operations. This includes coordinating the internal movement of trains, securing loaded material, managing staff, developing work processes and procedures, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and overseeing maintenance activities. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively manage a complex transportation system.
This position will be located at our Axis, Alabama site.
