We are looking for an Operations and Maintenance Foreman to work on-site in Sayerville, NJ.

Operations and Maintenance Foreman Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Site Manager to supervise the staff at the site including maintenance and operations employees
• Assists in coordinating the Safety Program
• Assists with purchasing, maintenance administration, financial forecasting and other administrative tasks
• Ensure site compliance to company maintenance and safety programs
• Responsible for the site operation when the Site Manager is not available

Operations and Maintenance Foreman Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Construction Mgmt or other related field required (suitable experience may replace degree requirement)
• At least 2 years’ prior supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operations including loaders and material handlers helpful
• Experience administering a formal safety and maintenance program preferred
• Prior experience working with a maintenance department is desirable
• Excellent communication skills and writing skills
• Must be computer literate and familiar with the Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams etc.)
• Fast-paced, self-driven, resilient, solution focused and highly ethical work style
