TMS America, an employment agency is currently seeking a Japanese Bilingual General Affairs for a major Japanese client located in Carson, CA. This position is direct-hire.

Location: Carson, CA
Shift: Monday to Friday
Compensation: $30-35/HR (DoE) benefits

Applicants must be bilingual in Japanese/English, with around 3 years of experience in General affairs, HR or related.

Job duties include but not limited to:

• Assist with the daily operations of the HR department and other departments
• Prepare new-hire employee documents and assist with orientation
• Data entry of personnel data and records
• Maintain personnel files such as I9 and medical forms
• Assists with health insurance and shared saving plans enrollments and terminations
• Assists and handles payroll processing, completing monthly payroll reports
• Supports General Affairs related duties

Requirements:

• Fluency in Japanese and English with ability to read, write and speak both languages
• Around 3 years of experience in GA or human resources
• Preferred experience: Benefit、hiring package、invoice 、ADP
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
• Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
