The Opportunity:
We are offering an exciting and dynamic opportunity to work with early childhood individuals (ages birth-5 years) in a teaching position. You will be working in a diverse and inclusive environment of welcoming community educators, students, children, and parents. We are looking for motivated, thoughtful, and intentional individuals who share a passion for a child-centered, play-based approach to educating children, to help build a strong personal and educational foundation for youth.
Not certified, no problem:
Teaching degrees and/or teaching certifications are NOT required for this position. We are committed to your professional growth and development as an educator and offer training, professional development, and even certification! If you are not already ECE qualified, we will support you in achieving this!
Where you'll be working:
We have a number of partner schools in the area, once you apply, you'll be given a choice of locations based on your preferences, skills and experiences.
A day in a life:
Our ECE teachers operate in teams in each class to create a communal learning environment for all children. Teachers will help both lead and assist students through a daily schedule that can include play, art, STEM, reading, social emotional learning, Jewish learning, daily circle time, snack, lunch, outdoor exploration and more.
