As a CNA on the team, youll be tasked with:

• Providing care and education to the residents according to their Care Plan
• Assisting with new admits, transfers, and discharges
• Communicating with the nursing department and other departments to ensure residents needs are met
• Answering residents Call Lights promptly
• Other duties as assigned
