Job Description
Tmaxx Construction is looking to hire a full-time General Maintenance Technician to provide a next level service to our clients through proper execution of general maintenance work including carpentry work including gutters, siding, doors, windows, trim, sheetrock, framing, decks, painting, and more . This is an hourly earning position that is based on experience.
Job Summary
- Performs various maintenance duties and handles service requests requiring technical labor skills.
General Accountabilities
Your Responsibilities as a General Maintenance Technician
Completing Maintenance & Repairs – You’ll be completing small to larde maintenance and repairs for residential work orders.
As an experienced General Maintenance Technician , you must have strong proficiency in at least three (3) of the following:
- Carpentry work
- Floor installation and refurbishing
- Bathroom improvements
- Kitchen improvements
- Painting, both inside and out
- Drywall work, minor and major repairs
- Minor general plumbing and electrical skills, where permitted by law
- Floor installation and refurbishing
- Orders parts, supplies, or equipment.
- Performs general cleaning duties of buildings or properties.
