The Leasing Consultant will comply with established policies and procedures and will not act contrary to such guidelines without the Community Manager’s approval.RequirementsAchieving and maintaining as close to 100% occupancy as possible by presenting property and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenantsPrepare reports related to occupancyAdvertise available units using a variety of media and promoting materialsDetermine the needs and economic viability of prospect customersConfirm rental application data and personal referencesStay knowledgeable of the surrounding properties market statusAttend mandatory meetings and seminarsAble to communicate both orally and in writing using English and use of basic arithmetic skillsMust have access to reliable vehicle transportation and possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to TMAM for site errandsWorking knowledge of real estate law and leasing practicesPersuasive marketing and sales skillsCustomer service orientationOther duties and responsibilities as assigned by Community Manager and/or TMAM Management
